Our Team
The team is made up of eight (8) full/part-time consultants with excellent academic qualifications and global work experiences stretching from Africa, United States and Europe.

Kojo Amissah, the Lead Executive, and a competent learner-practitioner and an entrepreneur with a “can-do” attitude. Kojo holds BS in Computer Science, MBA in Entrepreneurship, has worked in both the UK and US for over 18 years. He has set up businesses in Ghana and the United States. Kojo has expertise in Entrepreneurship, MIS, Project Management and Human Resource Management.

G. Kweku Ricketts-Hagan, an Executive Director has 18 years experience in Investment Banking and Asset Management with both UK and US Banks. He holds BSc in Economics and MSc in Finance from the University of London, and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University Of Chicago Graduate School Of Business. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the UK Society of Investment Professionals.
